The fishing tournament started as a way to honor local fisherman and surfer Chris Hagel who lost his fight with leukemia in 2005. Since his passing the Fight Leukemia Fishing Tournament has raised over $20,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

To register all participants must fill out and sign the registration form and submit the form along with registration fee to Sean Meyers 609-602-8957 or Kurt Williams 609-432-8603 You can also register by going to Tackle Direct (Store Hours and Location) by November 16 at 6pm. Late registration will be held at The Anchorage Tavern from 6pm-8pm November 16.

Let's get to the Fishing Already...

Fishing starts at 7:00 a.m. Fish Must be weighed in by 4:00 p.m. at a designated weigh station (below). Fishing is open to boats up to 3 nautical miles from Absecon inlet to the Hereford inlet Wildwood, backbays and surf.
